Delete your account

You can delete your BuizStack account yourself at any time, from the web dashboard or the iOS and Android apps.

In the app or dashboard

1. Sign in at app.buizstack.com or in the BuizStack app.
2. Open Settings → Your account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@buizstack.com from the address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, password hash, sign-in links to Google or Apple, sessions, API tokens and AI assistant connections. This happens immediately.
• Organizations where you are the only member, with all their projects, apps, telemetry (errors, traces, logs, events, web vitals), revenue and cost data, reports and alerts. Any paid plan on them is cancelled.
• Pending invitations sent to your email address.

What is kept

• Organizations you share with other people stay with them. If you were the only owner, ownership passes to another member.
• Invoices and payment records we must keep for tax and accounting law, held by Stripe for up to 7 years.
• Encrypted database backups, which expire within 30 days.
