Privacy Policy

BuizStack ("we", "us") provides an observability and business-telemetry service: the dashboard at buizstack.com and this website at www.buizstack.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@buizstack.com.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a salted hash of your password, or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the name, email address and account identifier that provider shares with us.
- Organization data: the names of organizations, projects, apps and environments you create, and who belongs to them.
- Session data: a random device identifier stored in your browser, refresh-token records and the IP address and user agent of requests, used to keep your session secure.
- Telemetry you send: errors, traces, logs, events and metrics your applications send to BuizStack. You decide what these contain. We process them on your behalf to show them back to you.
- Connected services: if you connect services such as Stripe, RevenueCat, App Store Connect, Google Play or a Google Cloud billing export, we read the revenue or cost data those connections grant access to.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To store, process and display the telemetry, revenue and cost data you send or connect.
- To bill usage, send service and security emails, and provide support.
- To keep the service reliable, detect abuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your telemetry or connected data to train machine-learning models or for advertising.
Google user data
If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier, and use them only to create and sign in to your BuizStack account. We do not request access to other Google data for sign-in.
BuizStack's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that run the service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, compute, storage and secrets)
- Neon (database hosting)
- ClickHouse (telemetry storage)
- Stripe (payments, when billing is enabled)
- Email delivery providers for service and security email
Retention
Account and organization data is kept while your account is open. Telemetry is kept for the retention period of your plan and then deleted. When you delete your account or an organization, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and refresh tokens only as one-way hashes. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict some processing. Email support@buizstack.comand we will respond within 30 days. You can also revoke BuizStack's access to your Google account at any time from yourGoogle account permissions.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as the theme. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Children
BuizStack is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We will post changes to this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be emailed to account owners.
