These terms govern your use of BuizStack: the dashboard at buizstack.com and the website at www.buizstack.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use BuizStack for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in organizations you own or administer. Tell us promptly at support@buizstack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data
You keep all rights to the telemetry, revenue, cost and other data you send to or connect with BuizStack. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to send that data, including any personal data of your own users, and for configuring your SDKs to leave out data you do not want collected.
Acceptable use
- Do not use BuizStack to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not send data you are not permitted to process, such as payment card numbers.
Plans and billing
Seats are free. Usage beyond the free tier is billed per signal at the prices shown when you subscribe, under the spending cap you set. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BuizStack available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We will post updates here and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
