Browser SDK

Last updated October 29, 2026

The BuizStack browser SDK captures errors, page views, web vitals, product events and every fetch from your web app. It has no dependencies and is about 8 KB.

Install

Add it as the first script in the page's <head>, with your app's DSN from its card on the project page:

<script src="https://buizstack.com/sdk/web/0.1.0/buizstack.min.js"
  data-dsn="https://<public key>@ingest.buizstack.com/<app id>"
  data-service="web" data-environment="production" data-release="1.0.0"></script>

With the MCP server, ask your assistant to "add BuizStack to this web app" and it fills in the DSN for you.

Users and events

window.BuizStack.identify(user.id, { email: user.email, name: user.name });
window.BuizStack.track("checkout_completed", { plan: "pro" });
window.BuizStack.captureException(error);

What it captures

  • Errors: uncaught errors and unhandled promise rejections, with stack traces, grouped into issues.
  • Page views: on load and on client-side navigation.
  • Web vitals: LCP, CLS, INP, FCP and TTFB, rated good, needs improvement or poor.
  • Fetch traces: each request as a span. Requests to your own origin carry a traceparent header so your API's spans join the same trace. For an API on another domain, configure it in code:
window.BuizStack.init({
  dsn: "https://<public key>@ingest.buizstack.com/<app id>",
  service: "web",
  release: "1.0.0",
  tracePropagationTargets: ["https://api.example.com"],
});

Load the script without data-dsn when you call init yourself. Already using a Sentry browser SDK? Keep it and use the app's Sentry DSN instead.
